River Ranch will soon add anothing dining option along Camellia Blvd. when Burgersmith opens this summer. Two Lafayette partners are opening the upscale burger joint behind the Van Eaton & Romero building, across from the Tap Room. Owner Ross Umbricht tells me, "we use USDA prime beef, and feature high quality local ingredients, and Louisiana craft-style breweries." Umbricht promises more details when the restaurant is closer to opening.
