A store selling only candy will once again be a tenant at the Mall of Acadiana. The mall applied for a $30,000 permit to retro-fit space next to The Gap for Candy Craze. Above is a picture of a typical outlet from Candy Craze's website. The Missouri-based chain sells bulk candy in malls throughout the South.
I know there was a candy store in the mall near the food court for years, but according to the mall's store directory - it must have closed.

ReplyDeleteFirst of all, thanks for the great blog Louis! Anyway, yeah, the other candy place, Sweet Factory, closed to make room for the new location of Intrigue Jewelers. The old Intrigue became Yankee Candle.
